VIBE Business Consulting was founded by Starr Coleman, an information technology and software delivery leader with more than 24 years of experience improving how organizations plan, manage, and deliver complex technology initiatives.
Her career spans Fortune 500 and large enterprise organizations, including Fidelity Investments and General Electric, as well as government and DoD contracting environments and emerging startups. This breadth of experience has provided a deep understanding of the challenges organizations face at every level, from highly governed enterprise programs to growing teams that need stronger structure, visibility, and delivery discipline.
Starr holds an MBA in Information Technology and is a Six Sigma Green Belt, combining business strategy, technology leadership, quality management, and continuous improvement into a practical approach to transformation.
Throughout her career, Starr has repeatedly stepped into complex delivery environments where projects were behind schedule, processes were inconsistent, ownership was unclear, or teams lacked a reliable way to manage work from requirement through release. By introducing structured delivery practices, clearer workflows, stronger requirements, quality controls, Agile planning, release management, and improved project visibility, she has helped stabilize and turn around multiple challenged and late-running initiatives.
Her approach to AI is the same as her approach to transformation: understand the problem first, strengthen the process, and use technology where it creates meaningful value.
