Starr Coleman, founder of Vibe Business Consulting — and like most entrepreneurs, my journey didn’t follow a straight line.

For over 20 years, I built my career in information technology, quality assurance, and process improvement, helping organizations in industries from defense to finance strengthen how they work. I’ve led teams, improved systems, and managed complex projects — but what truly inspired me came from stepping out on my own.

Over the years, I’ve owned and operated three small businesses, each one teaching me something new about leadership, resilience, and the everyday challenges that business owners face. From hiring and operations to customer service and growth strategy, I learned firsthand that success isn’t just about working harder — it’s about building smarter.

That’s why I created Vibe Business Consulting.

I wanted to take everything I’ve learned — from corporate systems to real-world entrepreneurship — and use it to help other business owners regain balance, clarity, and control. Through my Evaluate.
